11's will be coached by Dana Creech and Nicole Burkemper.
Dana has coached for Netforce for 4 consecutive years. My knowledge for volleyball is very well rounded, as I can teach all areas of the sport. I played as a setter, outside hitter, and defensive specialist. At this age level, these girls will learn so much. There are lessons on the court and even more important ones off the court. This year’s main goal will be basic skills, different types of rotations, communication skills, and lots and lots of hustle. It will be a blast to train such a young group, but I expect all players to play hard for the team and above personal standards by setting goals. Volleyball is a fun sport, especially when you play hard, and I intend on teaching that as well.
Nicole Burkemper. This is my first year coaching NetForce. I just graduated high school and now attend community college. Volleyball is my passion and I love the sport. I played NetForce for five years and played all four years of high school. I played as a setter all four years but I have knowledge on every position. I like working with players and sharing my knowledge with others. Since the girls are so young it is important that we teach them the basics and really encourage communication, which is the key to a good team. I am very excited about the upcoming season!
12’s will be coached by Krista Hirtz. Krista is a student as well as a preschool teacher. She played volleyball all four years in high school. She has coached at the CYA level and has been a referee at many different levels. Krista knows the fundamentals of volleyball and enjoys teaching them. Krista looks forward to teaching the game and having a successful season.
14’s Blue will be coached by Mandy Hummel. Started playing Volleyball in 5th grade and continued playing through High School, has been coaching Volleyball for 9 years, coaching Club Volleyball for 3. Mandy has been a referee for middle school volleyball for 13 years. She is very passionate about coaching, has high expectations, and is in it for love of the game. She looks for hard work and intensity everyday. Mandy will teach the fundamentals of volleyball but also how to have fun in the process. Any questions please feel free to contact at ahummel@maryville.edu
14’s Green will be coached by Kelly Koehler. I've have been playing volleyball since the 5th grade. I played four years varsity volleyball in high school and was team captain as well. I attend Lindenwood University with a volleyball scholarship and have remained active in the sport through refereeing, playing recreational and coaching select last year. I hope to be able to develop a team that is team focused and improves on their quality of the game. I am looking forward to this season with high expectations. I am planning on a lot of practices and court playing time through tournaments. Any questions you can e-mail me at KOEHLERK8800@gmail.com.
15’s White will be coached by Audrey Henebry. I have coached club volleyball for two years in the St. Louis area. I played for the Troy middle school and high school teams, Avila University, and for a local select team for five years as a middle hitter. I recently moved back to Troy and am looking forward to coaching again. I am looking for a motivated group of young ladies that are willing to play hard with positive attitudes and strengthen their volleyball skills on and off the court.
16’s Blue will be coached by Dana Creech. I have coached for Netforce for 4 consecutive years. My knowledge for volleyball is very well rounded, as I can teach all areas of the sport. I played as a setter, outside hitter, and defensive specialist. I played as libero in the end of my club years as well as in college. The teams I've coached have done exceptionally well in the past. This year I'm looking into tounaments above our age level in order to keep the competition heavy. I expect all players to play hard for the team and above personal standards by setting goals. Volleyball is a fun sport, especially when you play hard, and I intend on teaching that as well as general skill.
16’s Green will be coached by Steve Deal. This will be my 3rd year coaching for Netforce. I am a tireless worker when it comes to gaining and expanding my knowledge of volleyball. My goal is to sharpen and expand the skills of my players, so they can compete at a high level. I would like to see this team compete at one of the national tournaments this year. I want my players to compete hard, but more importantly have fun.
17’s will be coached by Kory O'Laughlin and Samantha Walch. Kory has played volleyball for Winfield high school and now plays at East Central College. I have been playing volleyball since I was in seventh grade. I also have played many other sports while in high school so I believe that I will be a great coach because I have seen many coaching styles. In high school I played middle but in college I mostly play outside. I believe I am well rounded in my knowledge of the game and I hope to coach a successful and fun team. I am looking to have a hard working team with positive attitudes. Me and Coach Sam are very excited. Any questions feel free to email either of us at Koreo@centurytel.net (Kory) or sawalch@student.eastcentral.edu (Sam)
Samantha has played volleyball since she was in the seventh grade. I am now a freshman playing at East Central College. In high school I played as a middle blocker; now in college I am a outside and a right side hitter, however I feel like I know enough about every position to be a successful coach. Volleyball is my love, and I am very excited to get the chance to coach a team. I hope to help girls improve their skills so they can excel in high school ball and hopefully make it to the college level.
18’s will be coached by Nathan Harman. Nathan Harman, lives in Troy, MO and this is his fifth year coaching for Netforce VBC. Nathan has played volleyball for 15 years and has organized and run several tournaments over that time. Nathan has also assisted with area high school programs such as Winfield High School and Troy Buchanan High School. Nathan looks forward to helping sharpen the skills of the girls on the team and making them better players.

Level of Competition:
NoCoFoSho was developed by North County area coaches in response to a need we perceived as we visited area schools and met with players and their families. We noticed a lack of teams and programs in place to expand competitive, college-preparatory volleyball experience to North County area players and families. Our goal is to make the club experience affordable, accessible, enlightening, competitive, and fun. We seek to offer a competitive club experience and to prepare high school athletes for a more elite experience in college athletics if possible. We also aim to give players more depth and breadth of experience by targeting specific skills, exposing players to a broader range of competition, and by developing desirable mental and physical characteristics in each athlete.

The goal of the ELITE teams is to gain exposure from college scouts, compete in St. Louis, and compete in more tournaments. ELITE teams can expect 8-10 tournaments. ELITE teams will participate in the Gateway Regional Tournament and possibly bigger tournaments. ELITE team fee will be $400.00 per player and season will run January through May.
